Workplace drug screen tests target THC, also known as Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, and do not detect the presence of Cannabidiol (CBD) or other legal natural hemp-based compounds. Even though our products contain less than .3% Delta9-THC by dry weight (Federal Legal Limit), studies show when taken internally, full-spectrum CBD (ex. Akanna Rose Gold and Black Label Products) can cause confirmed positive testing results when screening urine and blood specimens because of the trace amounts of THC.
